Quincy Remembers His Mother Kim Porter In Heartfelt Post
Actor-musician Quincy Brown is understandably broken up about the unexpected death of his mother, Kim Porter. The 27-year-old is Porter’s son from her relationship with Al B. Sure. Three days after his mother’s passing, the STAR actor posted a photo of him, his mother and his younger sisters, Jessie and D’Lila on Instagram.
“I am broken,” he wrote. “[And] the only thing that makes sense right now is that you were way too good for this silly world we live in. I love you so much MOMMY. Please give Mee-Maw the biggest hug and kiss for me.” He accompanied his caption with two red hearts and one broken one.
Porter, 47, was found unresponsive in her home on Thursday (Nov. 15), and she was later pronounced dead. She was reportedly complaining about flu-like symptoms before her death.
The model and actress’ longtime partner, Sean “Diddy” Combs, also broke his silence regarding her death, sharing a sweet video on social media and several separate photos and flicks. Quincy’s father Al B. Sure also shared a photograph of him and Porter.
“For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare,” wrote Diddy. “But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby.”
